1. Who we are

These terms apply to the services provided by We Do Spraying and to your use of this website. By requesting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Quotes and pricing

Any prices shown on this website are rough guides based on recent projects and are not fixed quotes. A firm price is only given after we have reviewed your specific requirements, usually from the photos and details you send us. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on them and may be revised if the scope of work changes or the condition of the surfaces differs from what was described.

3. Our work

We carry out uPVC and exterior spray painting and related services with reasonable skill and care to a professional standard. Preparation and colour are agreed with you before work begins, and we will show a sample of the chosen colour and finish where practical. Results depend in part on the condition of the existing surfaces; where a surface is not structurally sound we will tell you before proceeding.

4. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work. We may ask for a deposit on larger projects. Materials and completed work remain our property until payment is received in full.

5. Guarantee and aftercare

Where we offer a guarantee on a finish, its terms are set out in your quote. A professional coating system, properly maintained, is designed to last for years. Simple aftercare, such as cleaning with warm soapy water, helps protect the finish. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, alteration or failure to follow aftercare advice.

6. Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance for our work. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law.

8. Website content

The content, design and images on this website are owned by or licensed to We Do Spraying and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
